Questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your account turns read-only until you choose a package. Nothing is deleted. Request a package on the Subscription page, pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, and your account is switched back on once the payment is confirmed.
Is my data safe?
Everything is sent over HTTPS, passwords are never stored in readable form, each business's data is kept separate, and the database is backed up every night to a second location.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone. A thermal receipt printer and a USB barcode scanner are optional and work with it.
Does it connect to FBR POS or e-invoicing?
Not built in yet. If your business must report invoices to FBR, SRB or PRA, talk to us first: our e-invoicing team can advise on the right setup.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Add them as an accountant user. They get the books, ledgers and reports but not your settings. Or let Nex Accounting keep your books for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any month-end. You can ask us for a full export of your data.
