Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use nexaccountsglobal.com, sign up for Nex POS & Bookkeeping at erp.nexaccountsglobal.com, or engage Nex Accounting & Bookkeeping ("we", "us") for accounting, tax or company services. By creating an account or paying us, you agree to them.

1. Our services

Software: Nex POS & Bookkeeping is a cloud application for point of sale, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, accounting and tax reports, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription.

Professional services: bookkeeping, income tax, sales tax and VAT, e-invoicing, company formation, trademark and advisory work in Pakistan and Oman, as agreed in writing for each engagement.

2. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices for accounting, tax and company services are quoted in PKR in writing before work starts.

We may change plan prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we show the new price on the Subscription page before you pay.

3. Free trial and accounts

• New companies get a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No card or payment is needed to start.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done by users you add to your company.
• You must give correct business details and use the software only for lawful business.

4. Payment

• Subscriptions are paid in advance, online through PayFast (debit or credit card, bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa) or by bank transfer.
• Your plan is activated automatically once PayFast confirms the payment. Bank transfers are activated after we confirm receipt.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We do not store your card details and do not charge you again without you making a new payment.
• Card and wallet payments are processed by PayFast (APPS Pakistan). We never see or store your full card number.

5. Expiry and your data

If your subscription expires, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view and print your records, but you cannot add new sales or entries until you renew. We keep your data for at least 12 months after expiry. You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time.

6. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the software available at all times and back up all data daily. Short planned maintenance may happen, normally at night Pakistan time. We are not liable for losses caused by internet outages, your devices, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Your responsibilities for tax and accounts

The software calculates tax using the rates you set up. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your filings with FBR, SRB, PRA, the Oman Tax Authority or any other authority, unless you have engaged us in writing to file on your behalf.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Cancellation

You can stop using the software at any time by not renewing. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully, for fraud, or to attack our systems. Refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction. Clients served from our Oman office may also rely on the laws of Oman where they apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
