Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made to Nex Accounting & Bookkeeping for Nex POS & Bookkeeping subscriptions and for our professional services. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

1. Try before you pay

Every new company gets a 14-day free trial with no payment needed, so you can check the software suits your business before paying.

2. Subscriptions

• First payment: if you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment.
• Renewals: renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started, but you can stop at any time by not renewing. Subscriptions never renew or charge automatically.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of payment, we refund the unused months, less the months already used charged at the monthly price.
• Duplicate or wrong payments: if you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Service failure: if the software is unavailable for more than 3 consecutive days because of a fault on our side, we extend your subscription by the lost days, or refund them if you prefer.

3. Setup package

The one-time setup package (PKR 15,000) is fully refundable before we start loading your data. Once work has started it is not refundable, but we will complete it.

4. Accounting, tax and company services

Fees for professional services are agreed in writing before work starts. Fees for work not yet started are refundable in full. Government fees, challans and third-party charges paid on your behalf (for example FBR, SECP, IPO or Oman ministry fees) cannot be refunded by us.

5. How to ask for a refund or cancel

• We reply within 2 working days.
• Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (card, bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa) within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank or wallet.
• Bank transfer payments are refunded to the same bank account they came from.

6. Cancellation by us

If we close an account for reasons other than misuse, we refund the unused part of the subscription.
