This policy explains what information Nex Accounting & Bookkeeping collects through nexaccountsglobal.com, Nex POS & Bookkeeping (erp.nexaccountsglobal.com) and our professional services, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us in enquiry forms, WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, email, city and business details.
• Account details when you sign up for the software: company name, user names, email addresses and an encrypted password.
• Business records you enter in the software: items, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, stock and accounting entries.
• Payment details: the plan, amount, date and PayFast transaction reference. Card and wallet details are entered on PayFast's page and are never received or stored by us.
• Website usage: pages visited and the ad or site you came from, through cookies from Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics.

2. How we use it

• To provide the software and services you signed up for, and to activate and renew your subscription.
• To reply to your enquiries by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To send service messages, such as payment confirmations and renewal reminders.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your personal information or your business records.

3. Who we share it with

• PayFast (APPS Pakistan) to process payments.
• Hosting and backup providers that store the software and its encrypted backups for us.
• Meta and Google for website analytics and ads (cookie data only, not your business records).
• Tax and government authorities only when you have engaged us to file for you, or when the law requires it.

4. Your business data stays yours

Each company's data in the software is kept separate, and only users that company adds can see it. Our staff access a company's data only to provide support you ask for, or when the law requires it.

5. Security

Connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed). Our servers are protected by a firewall and blocked after repeated failed logins, and data is backed up daily.

6. How long we keep data

Software data is kept while your account is active and for at least 12 months after it expires, so you can renew without losing records. Accounting and tax records we prepare for you are kept as long as Pakistani or Omani law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and data, except records we must keep by law.

7. Cookies

The software uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. The website uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages, by contacting us below.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
